Community Wealth Building is set to be "at the heart" of Wirral's future plans as the borough looks to bounce back from the economic impact of COVID-19.

Wirral's council leader, Cllr Janette Williamson, made the pledge ahead of a report on the Community Wealth Building programme being presented today at the council's Policy and Resources Committee.
