Learner driver flips car between Bebington and Heswall

A couple of days ago there was a lucky escape on Brimstage Road for the driver whose car ended up on its side and battered following an apparent loss of control.
However, police officers in attendance discovered that the driver had no insurance cover and held only a provisional driving licence.
On twitter the Roads Policing Unit noted: "He will be attending court in the near future."
