Hewitt Adams, the local estate agency based at 20 Pensby Road, has bagged five ESTAS awards.

ESTAS is the customer review and awards platform designed for agents, conveyancers, mortgage advisors and suppliers who deliver fine customer service.

The awards were held on Friday night at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London, with winners determined purely on verified reviews from customers who were asked questions about the service they have received through the moving process.

Ben Adams of Hewitt Adams said: "We're very, very proud of our team.

"We won Best Estate Agent Office for the whole of the UK, as well as four other gongs on the night.

"The Gold Award for Sales in the North West; the Gold Award for Lettings in the North West; Best in County for Sales and Lettings Combined in Merseyside; and Best Agent in the Federation of Independent Estate Agents. We were blown away."

The winners were announced by Location, Location, Location's Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2004.

Of working through the pandemic, Phil said: "All property firms have worked incredibly hard, they've had to adapt their businesses and absorb considerable costs to follow the protocols and enable things to happen safely.

"Quite simply delivering great service has never been more challenging so The ESTAS Awards for 2021 are the most well deserved ever in their entire eighteen year history."

Ben Adams added: "These awards are the property sector equivalent of the Oscars, so to say we are chuffed is putting it mildly.

"We're looking forward to maintaining our reputation in Heswall and the surrounding district - and beyond!"
