- Maternity cover to 20/07/2022

- Working Pattern: Full Time

- Hours: 1.00 FTE hours per week

- Salary: £27,600 to £36,961 FTE

- DBS Check: Enhanced

A unique opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced and committed teacher in Thingwall Primary's FS2 class.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly professional team to ensure a seamless and high quality education experience for the school's children.

The successful candidate would be expected to play a vital role in school improvement, in the light of the recent Ofsted Inspection. (Ofsted rates Thingwall Primary as a Good school, but has noted a few weaknesses that can be corrected.) This post is initially for two terms due to a maternity leave for the spring and summer terms.

Visits to the school are strongly recommended and will take place on Monday 27.09.21 at 3.45 and Monday 04.10.21 at 3.45.

The closing date for applications will be 3.30pm on 08.10.21.

Candidates should complete an application form and a supporting letter. CVs and emailed applications will not be accepted.

The selection process will include observation of a lesson on either Friday 15.10.21 or on Monday 18.10.21. Successful candidates who progress past this first selection process will attend interviews on Tuesday 19.10.21.
