"The role will be based within a highly successful office. As a Valuer within this prestigious agent, you will be responsible for listing a range of local properties and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service.

"As a Valuer, you will be comfortable working to convert instructions targets and KPI's. You will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property valuations, along with up-selling a range of additional services to your clients.

"You will also be involved in the initial marketing process and working with the sales team to ensure that sales are progressed through to completion.

"This is an extremely busy role where you will be challenged every day, and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company.

"Our client is offering an exceptional salary with the basic between £28k and £30k, plus on target earnings of £60k and a company car or car allowance."
