29th Jul 2021 | Local Features

Newcross Healthcare Solutions is recruiting Care Assistants for the Birkenhead area.

The jobs on offer are permanent and can be full or part time.

Remuneration is £17.63 an hour.

As a Care Assistant you will be a caring, bubbly person with the ability to make those around you smile.

With your support and hard work, you will help people live from home - without you, they may live a life in hospital.

You will be providing support as part of a team of health and social care workers and your main responsibilities will include assisting our users with personal care tasks, meal times, following care plans and getting them involved in social activities.

Requirements for the job

If you think you have what it takes to provide excellent care for those more vulnerable, then all the requirements asked for are:

- A minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and that you hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate (we accept candidates who have cared for a loved one).

- The right to work in the UK as well as a smartphone device with access to the Internet.

- You must understand and represent the company's core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness on every shift.

- Applicants must hold a full UK driving license.
