The role is temporary, but full-time. Says the company: "We are looking to recruit a Property Assistant to cover maternity leave. The successful applicant will be employed on a 15 month Fixed Term Contract."

"As part of a busy, fast-paced department, you'll help us keep things running like clockwork.

"The scale of the property projects we're undertaking is huge. And that's why we need a team of organised, efficient and astute administrators. You'll log requests for funds and invoices, produce site details and manage diaries. Plus, you'll control all service charges, lease and rent information. In short, you'll make sure our t's are crossed and our i's dotted. It's no mean feat, but it's rewarding.

"We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. It means our property teams are always kept on their toes."

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm

Key Attributes required include:

- Is confident with figures, inputting data accurately (e.g. financial/numerical)

- Has high attention to detail (e.g. takes responsibility for double checking own work)

- Problem Solving

- Strong work ethic

- Driven

- Able to work under pressure, multi task and prioritise workload

- Self-motivated and works effectively with minimal supervision

- Well organised, strong communicator

- Works in a structured, methodical way to meet deadlines

- Takes personal responsibility for resolving queries and issues

- Uses initiative (e.g. questions information if it looks wrong rather than taking it at face value; looks ahead to prevent a situation escalating)

- Confident and proficient in use of Microsoft Excel

- Knowledge of SAP preferable
