IT COULD BE YOU! Heswall Hall seeks helping hands
Heswall Hall is on the lookout for volunteers.
The Hall wants to hear from anyone interested in supporting the smooth running of the town's multi-purpose venue.
Right now there's a need for people who might enjoy working on the Hall's programme of music and comedy.
Volunteers' duties would include attending and helping stage events, which are mainly held in the evenings, and sharing the burden of tables and chairs which need putting away at the end of the night.
"We have a great team of volunteers already, but our programme of what we offer has really grown and therefore there's a need for even more help," explained Heswall Hall trustee Sue Ellis.
"Volunteering is a great opportunity to get involved with the community, join a brilliant team at the hall - and of course get to see some amazing concerts and events for free!"
As an added incentive volunteers will receive a free ticket to any non sold out music event of their choice up to the value of £25.
Meanwhile, the Hall's latest printed What's On Guide has just been published and is available from the venue itself on Telegraph Road as well as other local outlets including Tesco.
Or you can click or tap here to reach Heswall Nub News' What's On guide featuring key events kindly added by a Hall volunteer. (Please remember that anyone can promote an event for free on these pages - just go to What's On, have a few words and a picture ready, and hit the Nub It button.)
If you're interested in becoming a volunteer, or perhaps just wish to find out more for starters, please contact Hall Manager Sarah Douglas on 0151 342 2614.
