This Wednesday, November 2nd, between 2pm and 5pm, and on Wednesdays thereafter, Heswall United Reformed Church will open the building as a 'warm hub' in response to the increasing cost of living in general - and energy in particular.

This initiative handily arrives at a time when, after some unseasonably warm weather, temperatures are set to drop to those we normally associate with the onset of winter.

The Church says everyone is welcome to drop in and take advantage of a warm and safe space - there will be free tea and coffee available.

For anyone who doesn't know, Heswall United Reformed Church can be found at 199 Telegraph Road, in between Castle Buildings and the Tesco car park.
