Heswall Hall on track to reopen next month - with another new partnership

By Mark Gorton 29th Jul 2021

All being well, Heswall Hall will open its doors again on June 21st.

Closed since March last year, the Hall has put lockdown to good use, executing a refurbishment plan that will deliver a new entrance foyer and state of the art lighting and sound system.

The worthy ambition is to make Heswall Hall "one of the top venues in Wirral".

Now the Hall has struck up a partnership with Peninsula Catering, in order to offer "an outstanding new food experience...which will suit all occasions".

Heswall Hall is eager to market itself as both the venue of choice locally, and attract visitors from beyond the town and district.

Peninsula Catering is based in Wallasey and the brainchild of head chef and director David White.

Peninsula uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create innovative dishes and menus.

David trained as a chef at a fine dining restaurant in London, and then went on to pursue a career in event catering. He founded Peninsula four years ago.

Over the years he has had a hand in some lavish events, including Elton John's famous White Tie and Tiara party, Glastonbury Festival, and the London West End premiere of the movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Alongside Heswall Hall's other local partnership with Blind Pig Heswall, which will be responsible for the bar, Heswall Hall is striving hard to come back bigger and better.
