Residents are being asked to "Have Your Say" about COVID-19 and help shape the future priorities of Wirral's Community Champions network.
The voluntary network was launched on 1 September 2020 by Wirral Council to support the need for clear, accurate information, shared by trusted voices, during the pandemic. Since that time more than 600 people have signed up to help keep their communities safe.
Now the local authority is asking residents to answer a series of questions relating to COVID-19 to help them evaluate their response to the pandemic.
The survey is open to all members of the public for a period of three weeks. To take part visit Have Your Say Wirral by clicking or tapping here.
Director of Public Health for Wirral Julie Webster said: "We launched our Community Champions network because we recognised the role our residents wanted to play in fighting COVID-19.
"At the time we were all following social distancing rules, the Champions were a way to bring people together, to help each other by sharing up-to-date and accurate information with loved ones, neighbours or workmates.
"Our Champions have helped counter misinformation and have been a trusted voice in their community. I'm grateful that so many local people signed up to keep Wirral well.
"Now, with most restrictions lifted, we are keen to understand from as many people as possible how they feel about COVID-19, their views on self-isolation, testing, the vaccine and how their behaviour has been changed by the pandemic. The responses will inform the support we can offer to residents as we move into Winter as well as helping to shape the future role of our Community Champions."
As a thank you for your time, you have the chance to be entered into a prize draw.
The winner will receive £35 of high street vouchers, and two runner ups will win £20 of high street vouchers.
