With the rate of COVID-19 still remaining high in Wirral, the decision has been taken to cancel all shows and performances at the Floral Pavilion Theatre for the month of September.

The decision has had to be made this early in August to allow the Floral Pavilion to contact ticket holders, show producers and promoters in appropriate time.

Although COVID-19 case numbers have been dropping in recent days, the overall number is still high so with public and staff safety in mind, it is safer to keep the Floral Pavilion closed to full capacity shows for at least another month.

The position is reviewed every week, with a further decision being made in four weeks.

Opening the auditorium doors and getting back to the business the venue does so well cannot come soon enough – but the health and the safety of the public and staff must be the first priority.

Staff at the theatre will be contacting producers and promoters to discuss the possibility of re-scheduling all planned performances.

The theatre will contact all customers who have purchased tickets for an event directly affected, with updates.

Please do not call the box office.
