107 Dining Room is looking for staff, trying to fill personnel gaps which have forced the popular restaurant to reduce the number of days it is open.

"Unfortunately," says 107, "we are still struggling with the repercussions that COVID-19 has had on the hospitality industry leaving severe staff shortages.

"We are currently recruiting staff in all areas, experience not necessary. So if you are looking for work or know anyone who is, please get in touch!"

The restaurant adds: "We always endeavour to serve the best possible food with the best possible service at 107, and unfortunately until we recruit some more staff we have had to make the difficult decision to close on Mondays and Tuesdays until further notice.

"The health and well-being of our team is paramount, and being closed for two days a week will give them the chance to rest and recuperate.

"We thank you in advance for your understanding during this time.

"This will only be short term and hopefully in the near future we will be back open seven days a week."
