Whitfield Business Hub, based on Pensby Road in Heswall, provides office spaces and virtual reception services to a wide variety of different people and businesses.

We love to look after our office tenants like hotel guests, offering a high level of friendly and professional service. With a wide range of clients we need to be flexible and adaptable to meet their varying needs. Some are large and lively, others very subtle.

Our virtual office services include telephone answering and mail handling for remote, mobile or home based businesses, so we become an extension of their business. We answer their phone calls in their company name, perhaps utilising a loose script, and offer administration services such as booking in jobs, estimates, taking payments - whatever the client requires. Again, an enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude is the key to our success.

We're looking for someone with a friendly disposition, presentable and articulate. The job involves peaks and troughs of busyness, so you'll need to be able to cope under pressure, but also be self disciplined to tend to less important tasks during the quieter periods.

We love engaging with the community, in person and on social media, and have occasional events for the tenants (BBQs, drinks, music, etc), so ideally we'd love to recruit someone with a fun, outgoing and confident personality. We also do pop-up shops from time to time and are open minded about experimenting with new ideas.

You'll need to understand the basics of a computer and digital telephone system, but full training will be provided.

This is a full time roll with flexible working hours and some working from home may be possible.

The Hub is also dog friendly and with one the tenants being a veterinary practice, it's ideal for animal lovers.

Salary ranges from £17-20k, (depending on experience) plus benefits, pension, salary sacrifice schemes - and bring your dog!
