Joanne Finnerty Recruitment is seeking a Family Solicitor on behalf of a Wirral based law firm.

This well established firm already has a great, closely knit team in place, and now seeks an additional member, offering an annual salary in the region of £30,000 to £40,000.

The successful applicant for this permanent, full-time position will be comfortable managing a high volume, varied caseload from instruction to completion - including:

- Divorce and separation

- Co-habitation, same sex relationships and pre nuptial agreements

- Mediation

- Finances, asset discovery and disclosure

- Protection against violent partner

- Care proceedings, children and residence orders

- Adoption

- Grandparents and contact rights after divorce

You will have full support from administrators and legal assistants within the department.

Essential Skills

- Give excellent customer service at all times

- Ability to deal with people at all levels

- Excellent attention to detail and work with a high volume caseload

- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
