The successful candidate will join a friendly team and earn a competitive salary.

The main objective will be to work as a bartender, but the new team member will be adaptable to normal restaurant service.

Role Requirements

- Preferrably a person local to Wirral and adjoining areas

- Adaptable - willing to work as part of a team to showcase your talent

- Have excellent customer service skills

- Experience of recruitment and nurturing other team members

- Experience as a bartender in a similar environment

- Looking for a long-term role

- Work well with other senior members of staff to maximise profitability of the restaurant and enjoyment of working

Role Responsibilities

- Being knowledgeable of the day's business - for example, knowing what reservations are booked into the restaurant, and being aware of outside events that will impact directly on business, etc

- Serving food and beverages to customers

- Cashing up tills

- Setting up tables for new customers

- Ensuring the area is clean and tidy

- Maintaining bar stocks

- Daily cleaning tasks
