Plus Dane Housing has unveiled its new customer portal which marks the completion of its digital transformation project.

The portal means that customers will be able to log in to the portal, set up their password, and access a host of services including tenancy information and reporting of repairs.

The launch of the portal has been a linchpin of the transformation project in which Plus Dane has worked with Centrica over recent years and aimed to streamline the IT systems and improve the business offering and service to their customers.

Customer transformation manager Amy Oldfield said: "It has been a huge undertaking to develop a customer portal that will give customers the freedom to manage their accounts in a way that will suit them, and we are very excited to be able to go live after so much hard work behind the scenes.

"This is a really important stage of a major transformation project across the business, and we hope that using the portal will make life easier for customers and will mean people can deal with issues related to their tenancy whenever they need to."

The roll-out is happening over a 4-week period, from February 6th in order to help customers with the onboarding process.

Customers will be contacted over the next few weeks with details on how and when they can set up their accounts.

A dedicated page has been set up which contains how-to guides, videos, and more information.
